Questions
Can I mix Standard and Pro?
Yes. Each mailbox has its own plan. Give Pro to the people who need 30 GB and more Maya, and keep everyone else on Standard. Both plans count together for volume pricing.
What does the whole company get on a mix?
Company-wide extras follow your lowest plan. With any Standard mailbox you get Standard’s 5 shared mailboxes, and you can add branded webmail or priority support. When everyone is on Pro, both are included and you get 10 shared mailboxes.
What if someone joins halfway through the year?
You pay only for the days left in your term, and their mailbox renews with everyone else’s.
What is a shared mailbox?
An address like sales@ or info@ that several people read, with no login of its own. Every paid plan includes some; more cost half a seat each.
Do aliases, domains or admin logins cost extra?
No. You pay for the people who read mail. Aliases, forwarders, domains and admins are included on every paid plan.
