Marketing
Campaigns people actually receive
Newsletters, launches and announcements from your own verified domain — sent on a separate path from your everyday mail, so a big campaign can never put your team’s inbox at risk.

Campaigns
Write it, check it, schedule it. The check before sending counts who it will reach, flags merge fields that would come out blank, and will not schedule without an unsubscribe link.
Journeys
Set one up once and it runs for each person on their own clock: a welcome when someone joins a list, a note on their birthday, a nudge when a tag changes.
Contacts that stay clean
Lists, tags, custom fields and segments. Addresses are checked when you import them and again before a campaign sends, so mail to people who do not exist never goes out.

Kept apart
A big campaign never touches your team’s mail
Campaigns go out on their own sending path, warmed up gradually, so a newsletter that goes wrong can never take your invoices and password resets down with it.
- Sent from your own verified domain
- A working one-click unsubscribe on every campaign
- Unsubscribed and suppressed people skipped at send time

Reviewed senders
Every new sender is checked by a person
Before an organisation’s first campaign, someone at Mailyte looks at what it sends and where its list came from. It keeps the shared reputation clean, which is what keeps your mail landing in inboxes.
- Usually within a business day
- Your app’s email keeps sending while you wait
- Nothing sends until you are approved
Frequently asked
Why is there a review before the first campaign?
Everyone sending from shared infrastructure shares its reputation, so one organisation mailing a bought list would hurt delivery for every other customer. A person checks each new marketing sender first — usually within a business day — and your app’s email keeps sending while you wait.
Can I bring my existing list?
Yes. Upload a CSV and the import can create the list for you. Addresses are checked as they come in, and mail to any that do not exist is refused before it is sent.
What happens when someone unsubscribes?
They are blocked at send time from every future campaign. Every campaign carries a working one-click unsubscribe, and a campaign without an unsubscribe link will not schedule.
Can my app start a journey?
Yes. Your website or app tells Mailyte that something happened — “checkout started”, say — through the API, and a journey can start from it.
How do I see how a campaign did?
Each campaign keeps its own numbers: delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed, and how many were skipped. Opens and clicks count people, not repeat events.
